'Last Man Standing' Star Molly McCook Is Now Starring on a Totally New TV Show

She's not leaving Mandy Baxter behind, is she?!

Molly McCook caused quite the stir when she took on the role of middle daughter Mandy on Last Man Standing. Now, she’s causing trouble on another show—literally.

The 28-year-old actress is now starring on the Freeform series, . She plays Rebecca, a law clerk who works with the main character, Callie (Maia Mitchell), according to . Her Last Man Standing role set her up well for the part, as Rebecca is apparently the granddaughter of a Republican senator (and we all know how much her on-screen dad, Tim Allen, loves his conservative jokes!).

Good Trouble is a spinoff of the network’s hit show, The Fosters and follows a series of young adults trying to make their way in Los Angeles. The cast also includes Cierra Ramierz and Sherri Saum from the original.

This isn’t the first time Molly has shifted from Last Man Standing. She also recently reprised her role as Darlene on The Ranch in its latest season. Her cast mates on the Fox comedy have been pretty busy, too: Nancy Travis now stars in the award-winning hit, The Kominsky Method; Amanda Fuller plays Badison Murphy on Orange Is the New Black; and Kaitlyn Dever has had a slew of projects this year, including Beautiful Boy and The Front Runner, which also featured former Mandy Baxter, Molly Ephraim.

Though Molly’s involvement with Good Trouble might have fans wondering if she’s leaving the Baxters behind, don’t stress. Though Last Man Standing has yet to be renewed for its 8th season, , and now that audiences have grown to love her, we hope she has many years of Mandy ahead.
