It’s only been a few months since The Voice announced 16-year-old Chevel Shepherd as the season 15 winner, but it feels like forever since we last saw our favorite celeb coaches turn their chairs for the many talented artists hoping to make their way in Hollywood.
Thankfully, season 16 is just around the corner. And while we haven’t met any of the contestants yet, there’s still plenty of juicy info to catch up on ahead of the Blind Auditions. Here’s everything we know so far:
- Premiere date: 2/25/19
- Channel: NBC
- Time: 8 p.m. EST
- *Snacking is encouraged, according to Kelly.
When does it premiere?
This year will work a little differently. Season 16 will premiere on Monday, February 25 and the network will continue to air episodes on February 26 and March 5. Following these three days, The Voice will take a “long break” until April 23, according to TV Guide.
Who are the coaches?
Sadly, Jennifer Hudson will not be back to throw her shoes at singers this time around. But Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, and Adam Levine are all returning to battle it out to find the biggest star. John Legend will take Jennifer’s place, and based on the first promo above, he’s definitely here to win.
What channel is it on?
As always, The Voice will air on NBC. You can also catch it on Hulu or other streaming sites so you don’t miss a beat.
