Who's hosting the ACM Awards?
Country queen Reba McEntire is returning to host the program for a whopping 16th time. The songstress revealed the news in a "behind-the-scenes" clip back in February. "I guess they finally figured out it only takes one woman to do the job of two men..." she . If this year's airing is anything like the versions Reba's hosted in the past, we're in for a real treat.

Don't be late! The event kicks off at 8 p.m. EST on Sunday, April 7. Cable and satellite subscribers can tune into their local CBS station to watch all the action. You can also live stream the telecast using , which is free for the first week.
Even the presenters at the ACMs are big names! This years' list includes: Lady Antebellum, Jessie James Decker, Hunter Hayes, Lauren Alaina, Dennis Quaid, Carly Pearce, Michael Ray, Cole Swindell, Clint Black, Midland, Danica Patrick, Jay Hernandez, Beth Behrs, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Nancy O’Dell, and Wilmer Valderrama.
is going to be rocking come the first Sunday in April. Some of the biggest names in country music will be taking their talents to the stage, including: Carrie Underwood, George Strait, Maren Morris, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett, LANCO, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Old Dominion, and the hostess with the mostest, Reba herself. Jason Aldean, who will receive this year's ACM Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award, will also sing at the ceremony.
Another familiar face will be taking the stage, but you probably know her better for her acting abilities than her singing skills. (FYI, she has both!) This Is Us star Chrissy Metz will join Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Maddie & Tae, and Mickey Guyton to belt out "I’m Standing with You" from the new movie Breakthrough.
There will be a frenzy of collaborations that will surely be fun to watch, too. The Voice coach Kelly Clarkson will perform with both Jason and Dan + Shay. Dierks Bentley will sing with Brandi Carlile, Eric Church and Ashley McBryde will duet together, and Khalid will jam with Kane. Jason also gets to rock out with Florida Georgia Line, and Maren will join forces with Brothers Osborne.
Similar to previous years, the award show will once again feature "ACM Flashbacks," which pay tribute to classic country tracks. This year, Brooks & Dunn will team up with Luke Combs, and Miranda will pair with George to sing some old-school hits. It will also be her first major event since her surprise wedding.

Although the awards have yet to air, this year's show has already been a cause for controversy. After Reba revealed the Entertainer of the Year nominees, she shared her disappointment with the lack of women included in the category. "That doesn't make me very happy," the country star said about the all-male list. "We've got some very talented women who are out there working their butts off. I'm missing my girlfriend's on this."
