Everything to Know About 'When Calls the Heart' Season 7

We finally have something to look forward to!

It's been a long few weeks without When Calls the Heart to look forward to on Sunday nights. After Hallmark dropped Lori Loughlin, who played Abigail Stanton on the beloved drama, and took some time off to retool, we thought we'd never see Hope Valley again.

Fortunately, the network revealed that we can expect Erin Krakow's Elizabeth Thatcher, Pascale Hutton's Rosemary LeVeaux-Coulter, and the rest of the kind-hearted crew to return to in May.

When Erin announced the exciting news in a three-minute clip earlier in April, she also promised to include more details during Hallmark's Spring Fever movie, Bottled With Love. She made good on her word, sharing the most exciting announcement of all during a commercial: When Calls the Heart has officially been renewed for a seventh season.

"I'm also thrilled to announce When Calls the Heart season 7, coming next year!" she said. "We can't wait to get back to Hope Valley."

WCTH took an extended break after news broke of Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli's involvement in a college admissions scam, which was all in the name of getting their two daughters, Bella and Olivia, into USC. Lori was dropped from all upcoming Hallmark projects, though thankfully WCTH will continue on without her.
