And today in totally wacky toy news…
Squeezamals (not to be confused with their talkative friends, ) apparently are the latest craze to sweep kids' wish lists. Just what do you do with these pint-sized stuffed animals? You squeeze them, of course! After pressing on your narwhal, unicorn, elephant, or penguin, each slowly rises back to its original form for a soft and squishy good time.
Though of the fuzzy friends, Target has just released an entire game dedicated to the toys. It’s called , and it sounds like quite the delightful activity.
According to the website, it’s “an entertaining twist on the classic game of hot potato,” in which players take turns making a treat for the exclusive Squeezamal that comes with the box. The person who gets caught holding the animal when it’s time to eat, must pay for its snack. It can entertain between 4-8 kids at a time and lasts about 15 minutes (which is just enough time for mom or dad to take a cat nap, right?).
Besides keeping the kiddos busy for a few minutes, your family will also love that they get a brand-new Squeezamal they can cart around with them wherever they go. According to the above promo on YouTube, they “won’t ever want to put them down.”
Whether that's a good or bad thing? We'll leave that up to you to decide. In the meantime:
